AYKA Care Application

Users have the option to request permanent deletion of their account at any time. To initiate this process, the user must submit an account deletion request through the designated support channel within the application or via our customer support email. Before processing the request, our support team will seek written confirmation from the user that:

  1. They have downloaded and securely stored all necessary files, reports, or personal information from the application.
  2. They understand that once the account is deleted, all data, including medical records, appointment history, and communication logs, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Upon receiving this confirmation, our team will verify the request and approve the deletion. The deletion process will be irreversible, and the user will no longer be able to access the account or any associated data.

AYKA Expert Application and Clinic Dashboard

Experts can request deletion of their account at any time by raising an account deletion request via the application’s support section or through our official support email. Before we process the request, the expert will be required to provide:

  1. Written confirmation that all necessary files, consultation notes, and related professional records have been downloaded from the application.
  2. Clearance that no pending consultations, scheduled appointments, or unresolved financial settlements remain on their account.

Once these conditions are met and the clearance is approved by our support team, the account will be permanently deleted. After deletion, all associated expert data, including consultation history and uploaded documents, will be removed from our systems and cannot be restored.
