At AYKA, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users, including Experts (Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Staff), Establishments (Clinics, Hospitals), Patients, and Third-Party Partners. To ensure a high standard of ethics and conduct, AYKA enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for any form of misconduct, abuse, or unethical behavior. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to AYKA’s platform and services. This entire policy abide under the rules of AYKA Terms and Conditions.
Scope of the Policy
This policy applies to all users of the AYKA platform, including but not limited to:
- Experts (Doctors, Nurses, and other Healthcare Professionals)
- Establishments (Clinics, Hospitals, and Healthcare Facilities)
- Patients & Users availing healthcare services
- Third-Party Partners (Insurance Providers, Diagnostic Labs, Job Recruiters, etc.)
- AYKA Employees & Support Staff
This policy governs all interactions on AYKA’s platform, including video consultations, in-clinic visits, homecare services, job-related communications, and any other engagement facilitated by AYKA.
Zero Tolerance for Misconduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account suspension or permanent ban:
- Abuse, Harassment & Discrimination
- Any form of verbal, physical, sexual, or emotional abuse towards AYKA users or staff.
- Discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or nationality.
- Use of offensive, derogatory, or threatening language in communications.
- Fraud, Misrepresentation & Unethical Practices
- Providing false information about qualifications, services, or identity.
- Experts or Establishments charging unauthorized fees beyond those listed on AYKA’s platform.
- Patients or users falsifying medical history or attempting fraudulent claims.
- Posting misleading job listings or engaging in recruitment fraud.
- Non-Compliance with Payment & Subscription Policies
- Non-payment of subscription fees by Experts or Establishments.
- Patients failing to pay for booked services or attempting chargebacks without valid reasons.
- Unauthorized use of promotional offers or discounts.
- Violation of Medical & Ethical Standards
- Experts failing to provide accurate medical advice or engaging in malpractice.
- Establishments not maintaining hygiene, safety, or regulatory compliance.
- Prescription misuse or unethical medical practices.
- Privacy & Data Protection Violations
- Unauthorized sharing of patient records or confidential information.
- Breach of data security protocols, including hacking or unauthorized access to AYKA systems.
- Misuse of user contact details for personal, commercial, or unsolicited marketing purposes.
- Inappropriate or Unprofessional Conduct
- No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or repeated rescheduling without valid reasons.
- Posting inappropriate, defamatory, or misleading content on AYKA’s platform.
- Engaging in personal relationships that compromise professional integrity.
Reporting Violations & Disciplinary Actions
If any user witnesses or experiences a violation of this policy, they must report it immediately to AYKA’s Support Team at: support@aykacare.in
Disciplinary Actions- Depending on the severity of the violation, AYKA may take the following actions:
- Warning & Education: First-time offenders may receive a warning and guidelines for improvement.
- Temporary Suspension: Users may be suspended for a defined period.
- Permanent Ban: Repeat or serious offenders may have their accounts permanently deactivated.
- Legal Action: In cases of fraud, harassment, or criminal behaviour, AYKA may involve law enforcement authorities.
No Retaliation Policy
AYKA strictly prohibits retaliation against any user who reports violations in good faith. Anyone found engaging in retaliatory behaviour will face immediate suspension or termination from AYKA’s platform.
Policy Updates & Compliance
AYKA reserves the right to update, modify, or expand this policy as necessary. Users will be notified of any changes via email or platform announcements. By using AYKA’s services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Zero Tolerance Policy. Failure to comply will result in strict disciplinary action.
