AYKA PAYMENT POLICY FOR EXPERTS AND ESTABLISHMENT

This Payment Policy governs all transactions related to subscription plans, service fees, commissions, and payments made through the AYKA platform. By subscribing to AYKA’s services, all Experts (Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Staff) and Establishments (Clinics, Hospitals) and Alliance (Franchise Partner) agree to comply with the terms outlined below and Terms and Conditions available on AYKA Platform. This Payment Policy is abided under the legal writing of AYKA Terms and conditions.

Payment Methods & Processing

AYKA accepts payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment gateways as available on the platform.

All payments are processed securely through AYKA’s integrated payment system.

Subscription fees and service charges will be automatically deducted based on the chosen payment cycle.

Subscription Fees & Commission Charges

  1. Expert Subscription Plans
    1. Expert Free Subscription Plan
      1. No upfront subscription charge.
      1. AYKA deducts 50% commission on each sale (consultation, home visit, or other services booked via AYKA).
    1. Expert Paid Subscription Plan
      1. Requires an upfront subscription payment (pricing available on AYKA’s platform).
      1. AYKA deducts 20% commission on each sale instead of 50%.
    1. Career Subscription Plan
      1. A one-time fee applies for Experts seeking job opportunities.
      1. Commission may charged on job placements as per the respective requirements.
  2. Establishment Subscription Plan
    1.  Establishment Free Subscription Plan
      1. AYKA deducts 50% commission on each online booking made through the platform.
    1. Establishment Paid Subscription Plan
      1. Requires an upfront subscription payment (pricing available on AYKA’s platform).
      1. AYKA deducts 20% commission on each online booking made through the platform.

Billing & Auto-Renewals

  1. Subscription plans are billed automatically based on the selected duration (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
  2. Auto-renewal applies to all paid subscriptions unless canceled before the renewal date.
  3. Subscribers must update their payment details to avoid service disruptions.

Payment Failures & Penalties

  1. If a payment fails, AYKA will attempt to process the transaction three times within a 7-day period.
  2. If the payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free Plan (where applicable).
  3. Any outstanding payments must be cleared before reactivating the subscription.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. All payments are final and non-refundable.
  2. Subscription fees cannot be canceled or refunded once paid.
  3. No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.
  4. In case AYKA discontinues a subscription plan, a pro-rated refund or alternative service may be offered at AYKA’s discretion.

Service Fees & Payouts

  1. Experts and Establishments receive payouts after AYKA deducts its applicable commission.
  2. Payouts are processed on a weekly or monthly basis as per AYKA’s policy.
  3. Payouts will be transferred to the bank account or payment method linked to the user’s AYKA account.
  4. Any dispute related to payout amounts must be reported within 7 days of receiving the payment.

Taxes & Compliance

  1. Experts and Establishments are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings.
  2. AYKA may deduct taxes at source where required by law.
  3. Users must provide accurate tax and financial information for compliance purposes.

Modification of Payment Terms

  1. AYKA reserves the right to modify pricing, commission structures, and payment terms at any time.
  2. Changes will be updated on AYKA’s platform, and users will be notified via email or announcements.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes regarding payments, fees, or commission deductions must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. AYKA will investigate the claim and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to legal proceedings as per AYKA’s Terms and Conditions.

AYKA PAYMENT POLICY FOR END USERS

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for payments made by Patients (Users) who book and avail healthcare services through AYKA’s platform, including services provided by Experts (Doctors, Nurses, and other Healthcare Staff), Establishments (Clinics, Hospitals), and Alliance Partners (Third-Party Service Providers such as Diagnostic Labs, Insurance Providers, etc.).

By using AYKA’s services, you agree to comply with this Payment Policy.

Payment Methods & Processing

AYKA accepts payments via credit/debit cards, digital wallets, bank transfers, and other online payment gateways available on the platform.

Payments must be completed before availing any healthcare service, except for services that allow pay-on-visit or pay-after-service options.

All transactions are processed securely through AYKA’s integrated payment system.

Service Charges & Pricing

  1. The pricing for video consultations, in-clinic appointments, homecare services, lab tests, and other healthcare services will be displayed before confirming the booking.
  2. Patients must review the pricing before proceeding with the payment.
  3. AYKA does not regulate the pricing of services offered by Experts, Establishments, or Alliance Partners; prices are determined by the respective service providers.

Appointment Bookings & Payment Terms

  1. Online & Video Consultation Payments
    1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
    1. Booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
  2. In-Clinic & Home Visit Bookings
    1. Payment can be made at the time of booking or at the time of the visit, depending on the service provider’s policy.
    1. Some Establishments and Experts may require advance payments to confirm appointments.
  3. Diagnostic & Lab Test Payments
    1. Payments must be made in advance while booking lab tests through AYKA’s platform.
    1. Some labs may allow pay-at-center options, depending on their policy.
  4. Health Insurance & Third-Party Services
    1. Payments related to insurance coverage and third-party services will be processed as per the terms agreed upon with the respective service providers.
    1. AYKA is not responsible for insurance claims or reimbursements unless explicitly stated.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Appointment Cancellations & Refunds
    1. Patient-Initiated Cancellations:
      1. Video Consultations: No refunds if canceled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment.
      1. In-Clinic & Home Visits: No refunds for last-minute cancellations (within 4 hours of the scheduled time).
      1. Lab Tests: Refunds are subject to the respective diagnostic center’s cancellation policy.
    1. Service Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
      1. If an Expert, Establishment, or Alliance Partner cancels the appointment, the patient may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  2. No-Show Policy
    1. If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
    1. Rebooking will require a new payment.
  3. Technical Issues or Service Failures
    1. If a video consultation fails due to technical errors on AYKA’s platform, the patient may request a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
    1. AYKA is not responsible for refunds due to internet failures, device malfunctions, or user-side issues.

Refund Processing

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
  2. Some financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the refund in the patient’s account.

Non-Refundable Services

  1. Payments made for completed consultations, in-clinic visits, lab tests, and other rendered services are non-refundable.
  2. Subscription-based healthcare plans or bundled services purchased through AYKA cannot be canceled or refunded once availed.
  3. Any dispute over service quality must be addressed directly with the Expert, Establishment, or Alliance Partner.

Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes related to incorrect charges, refund delays, or payment failures must be reported to AYKA’s support team within 7 days of the transaction.
  2. AYKA will review and investigate disputes and provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

Modification of Payment Terms

  1. AYKA reserves the right to change service fees, modify payment terms, and update cancellation policies at any time.
  2. Changes will be communicated via email notifications and platform updates.
